How long does it take to receive my order? 

Most customers in the U.S. receive their orders between 6 and 8 business days. Customers in other countries may receive their orders faster or later. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you have any question, feel free to contact us.

In case of a collection pre-release order, your order will ship on the collection release date which can be found at the top of the product page.

How do I connect my Smartwatch with my smartphone?

Models S, X, D, and B:
In order to sync your 2020 Kruven Smartwatch, you will need to download the FitPro app on your smartphone from the app store for both iPhone and Android.

Once you download the FitPro app on your Android device or iPhone, make sure your smartphone's Bluetooth is on then launch the app and follow the below instructions:

Step 1: When on the homepage of FitPro click the Settings option at the bottom of your screen. 

Step 2: Select the "Bind devices to experience more features" option.

Step 3: Your smartwatch will show up under the following form “LH7**” on the list of devices. Select it to pair with your smartphone and you're good to go! Your device should show up at the top right corner of the homepage of the Fit Pro app.

Note: If your smartwatch is not showing up in the available devices section please scan the QR code on your user manual and that will get your smartwatch connected to your smartphone.

In order to sync your 2020 Kruven Smartwatch, you will need to download the WearFit app on your smartphone from the app store for both iPhone and Android.

What do I do if my Smartwatch isn't connecting to my smartwatch or keeps getting disconnected?

If you're having trouble connecting your smartwatch to your smartphone or your smartwatch keeps getting disconnected please make sure first and foremost that your smartwatch is fully charged. Once fully charged please turn off your smartphones Bluetooth and turn it back on, then follow the below steps:

Step 1: On your smartwatch please click the Select button five times consecutively till you reach the "More" option.

Step 2: When you reach the "More" option hold down the Select button and then press it once.

Step 3: You will now see a "Reset" option. Hold down on the Select button and allow your smartwatch to reset.

Step 4: Now that you have reset you smartwatch please follow the steps in the "How do I connect my smartwatch with my smartphone?" section above to connect your devices.

How do I turn off my 2020 Kruven Smartwatch?

On your watch, click the select button until you reach the "More" option, then hold down the select button. Press the select button until you reach the "Shut Down" option and finally hold down on the select button and your smartwatch will shut down.

How can I reconnect my watch if it gets disconnected?

In the event when your watch gets disconnected from your phone, follow the following steps:

  • Go to your phone's settings and select Bluetooth.
  • Locate "LH***" and select Forget This Device.
  • Reboot your phone.
  • Launch the FitPro app and follow the steps in the "How do I connect my smartwatch with my smartphone?" section above to connect your devices.

Track Steps: On the FitPro app select the "Motion" menu at the bottom of the screen and select the type of activity you will be doing at the top of the screen whether it's walking, Run or Riding and then click Start. Your smartwatch and smartphone will now track your steps. 

Track BPM & Oxygen Blood Saturation: On the your smartwatch press the select button once. You will now see the "BPM" option. Hold the select button down and your smartwatch will give you your BPM metrics after 1 minute. Those metrics will also show up on the FitPro app if connected.

Track Sleep: Your smartwatch will track sleep on its own and will transmit that data to the FitPro app. Please make sure your Bluetooth is on and your smartwatch is connected to the FitPro app and your smartphone during sleep.

Take Photos Remotely: On the FitPro app select the "Settings" menu at the bottom of the screen and select the "Remote Take Photos" option in yellow. Allow the app to gain access to your camera. Shake your smartwatch by shaking your hand and your phone will snap a picture.  

Find Your Smartwatch: On the FitPro app select the "Settings" menu at the bottom of the screen and select the "Find" option in blue. This will send a signal to your smartwatch which will vibrate.
If your smartwatch isn't vibrating please make sure to select the "Other Settings" option in blue on the same page of the app and toggle "Vibrate Setting" button to ON.

Receive Call, Text and Social Media Apps Notifications: On the FitPro app select the "Settings" menu at the bottom of the screen and select the "Message Push Settings" option in green. Move the toggle to ON on the applications you wish to receive notifications for.

Light Up Screen when You Lift Your Wrist: On the FitPro app select the "Settings" menu at the bottom of the screen and select the "Lift wrist to brighten screen" option in yellow at the top menu bar. Move the toggle to ON on the "Is Activity?" option. You can also set the hourly range you would like this option to be active during, so it doesn't activate during sleep.

Put Call, Text and Social Media Apps Notifications to Silent: On the FitPro app select the "Settings" menu at the bottom of the screen and select the "DND Mode" option in blue at the top menu bar. Move the toggle to ON on the "Is Activity?" option.

Set Alarm and Reminders: On the FitPro app select the "Settings" menu at the bottom of the screen and select the "Alarm Setting" option in green at the top menu bar. Hit the "+" button at the top right corner of the screen.

Set Stretching and Activity Reminders: On the FitPro app select the "Settings" menu at the bottom of the screen and select the "Long Sit Reminder" option in red at the top menu bar. Move the toggle to ON on the "Remind?" option.

Transmit Data to Health App: On the FitPro app select the "mine" menu at the bottom of the screen and select "Apple health" and follow the directions on the screen.

Set Healthy Habits to Accomplish: On the main FitPro app page select the "Healthy habit" menu at the bottom of the screen and set the habits/goals you want.

Track Weekly Data: On the FitPro app select the "mine" menu at the bottom of the screen. At the top of the screen you will see weekly steps, miles and your weekly best metrics.
